email us at support@trymeibo.com within 60 days of delivery. 
We'll reply with return instructions.

What to know:

- Return shipping is your responsibility
- Once we receive your returned items, we refund your full 
  purchase within 1 to 3 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- We only want you to keep Meibo if it works for you

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, that's on us. Email 
support@trymeibo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order 
number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We'll 
send a replacement right away. In most cases, you won't need to 
return the damaged item.
